The stars that will drive your company into a future of profitability are most likely sitting in the building right now. If they aren't taught how to harness that energy towards things that matter to the company, and aren't challenged, they leave. Either mentally or physically.
We want to create armies of young professionals that have both the mindset and the skillsets to add an extreme amount of value above-and-beyond their regular job description. We want to train YPs to think creatively about how they can single-handedly help the company grow and achieve it's objectives.
Whether it happens through identifying cost-savings, bringing new clients and partners to the table, finding new communities and verticals for products, extensively researching new market opportunities, coming up with the next set of innovative ideas that will lead the company to decades of future market dominance, or just working harder...we want to teach employees how to be amazing at their jobs.
